Summer Cocktail: Mango-Peach Sangria
Part of my Summer Bucket List is finding a refreshing new Summertime Cocktail that I can enjoy at the end of a long day with Marcelo after little Leo is tucked in for the night.
This week I'm excited to try out the first cocktail experiment on my list Mango-Peach Sangria!
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 cup Grand Marnier
- 2 peaches, cut into thin wedges
- 1 bottle Dry White Wine
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- In a saucepan, cook the sugar and water until the sugar dissolves
- Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold
- Stir in the Grand Marnier, Viognier, mango, peaches and mint
- Serve over ice.
